101-Night Comfort Guarantee
If during your 101-night sleep trial (which begins once your mattress has been delivered), you decide that you are not completely happy with your mattress, we’re here to help.
Before requesting a return, we recommend contacting our sleep experts at support@rvmattressqueen.com to discuss:
Your Comfort Concerns

- Whether adjustments to your sleep surface might help
- Many customers find that proper setup or minor adjustments enhance their sleep experience
Return Options
We believe in keeping quality mattresses out of landfills and supporting the communities that need them most. Because you shop with RV Mattress Queen we are offering you two options for return.
(1) Professional Pickup & Donation
We’ll arrange free pickup of your mattress through our partner network and donate it to a qualified nonprofit—along with a complimentary bedding set to support their mission.
How it works:
- Contact us at support@rvmattressqueen.com with “Return Request” in the subject line
- We’ll coordinate pickup at your location (typically within 5-7 business days)
- Your mattress will be donated to a local nonprofit or recycled responsibly
- We’ll send the charity a bedding set donation to accompany your mattress
- OPTION 2: Local Donation (You donate locally + we support the charity)
(2) Donate Your Mattress
If you’d prefer to donate your mattress directly to a local charity in your area, we’ll connect with that organization and send them a complimentary bedding set donation to support their work.
How it works:
Contact a local nonprofit in your area—furniture banks, Goodwill, Salvation Army, community charities, or shelters often accept mattresses in clean, usable condition.
- Arrange pickup or drop-off directly with the organization
- Ensure the mattress is clean and free of stains or damage
- Email us the charity’s name and contact information to support@rvmattressqueen.com with “Donation Verification” in the subject line
- We’ll verify the donation with the organization and send that charity a complimentary RV Mattress Queen bedding set to support their mission
Important notes for both options:
- Only one mattress per customer may be returned within a 12-month period
- Your mattress must be clean and in usable condition (free of excessive stains, damage, odors, or signs of bed bugs)
- Clearance or discounted items are not eligible for return
- Return requests must be initiated within 101 days of delivery
- For Option 2: You have 30 days after initiating the return to submit the charity information for us to process the bedding set donation
Proper Foundation and Support
To ensure optimal performance and honor your warranty, your mattress requires proper support:
- Use a sturdy, non-flex foundation (platform bed, solid box spring, or bunkie board)
- If using slats, ensure they are spaced no more than 3 inches apart and fully supported
- Avoid sagging or overly flexible foundations
- Ensure adequate airflow around your mattress
In the event of a return request, we may request photos of your foundation setup. Returns may be refused if the mattress has been used on an improper foundation.
Accessories and Components
Mattress Toppers & Latex Layers: 30-day comfort guarantee with free return shipping.
Covers, Pillows, Sheets & Protectors: All sales are final. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept opened bedding products.
Foundations: 1-year warranty on materials and workmanship; repairs or replacements at our discretion. No returns accepted.
