Excellent! Strong smell, but it just smells like nature, all comforting smells! I am using it with an Organic Cotton Topper with it because I prefer a softer feel, but needed a mattress without latex due to allergies. Had it about a month, and can confidently say I wish I’d gotten it years ago! I deal with chronic health issues and have already seen amazing improvements with switching to this bed!
